The prestigious list of the most influential women for 2019 iGaming is out. Lee-Ann Johnston, the AffiliateINSIDER Founder, is on that list. For the last two decades, Lee has been working with digital marketing. In 2017, she moved from her native country, South Africa, to Britain, and founded the company. She said that she is always open to gaming when there is a woman in the event.
Lee, an affiliate evangelist for the industry, said that in addition to providing ongoing education and training academies in both affiliate managers and affiliates, she thought of giving unique affiliate management and business coaching. According to Affiliate Insider, people in the gaming sector now refer to her as the powerhouse and tireless campaigner for affiliate development.
Other women in the prestigious iGaming list include the CEO of gaming content supplier NetEnt, Therese Hillman. She has been in a leadership position for one and a half years. Being a former athlete, she is concerned about having to combat glass ceilings. Mandy Ross, TabCorp CIO, is another person on the list. She believes that in Australia, the number of women taking careers in engineering, math, medicine, science, and technology is very low, but now she is aiming to change this. She also believes that it is essential to “make sure you are effectively interviewing the whole company” during interviews.
The founder and chair for GeoComply, Anna Sainsbury, is the fourth person in that list. Together with David Briggs, they formed the company after identifying the need for geological software in the USA to other markets. Currently, this company is used by 43 states by industrial giants like Caesars and DraftKings.
