Natural Intelligence (NI), a sports analysis platform specializing in multi-vertical comparison of the marketplace, has acquired Tipstrr, a sports betting platform offering tips. According to Jonathan Assif, the Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnership for NI, Tipstrr takeover is part of the company’s long-term strategic plan of offering reliable information to empower bettors.
Tipstrr was founded in 2014 by Damien Fearn, Andy Jones, and Liam Cooper. The platform allows bettors to access thousands of betting tips every day. Fearn, Tipstrr CEO and also a co-founder had this to say about the merger:
“I’m delighted that we’re joining Natural Intelligence. It became clear very early on that Tipstrr and Natural Intelligence could together, offer genuine value to our users.”
He added that the journey had been great, growing from a small startup offering a few tips daily into a big company offering thousands of tips daily. Reports from affiliateinsider.com indicate that the Midlands-based Tipstrr started an affiliate program in 2018 that sought partners in an effort to cover a variety of sports, which include horse racing and football among others. The program also includes the tipster history to affirm that their tips are rigid. Since the program was launched, it has offered more than a million verified tips.
