Golden Entertainment Inc., the Nevada based operator of casinos and taverns, has announced the finalization of its actual rewards player loyalty program. The program will be included in its gaming properties, PT’s Entertainment dining business, and among its partners who include grocery stores and ride-hailing firms.
Golden Entertainment owns nine gaming venues in Nevada, including the Strat on the north end of Las Vegas Strip. The introduction of royalty points will allow its customers to accumulate points in its gaming venues, restaurants, and Supermarkets such as Albertson’s and Smith’s.
Golden Entertainment hopes to use royalty rewards to lure more customers at its venues at this moment when the Nevada economy is booming. In the third quarterly earning conference, the company’s CEO Blake Sartini said that they expect the incentive across the company’s 130 Nevada casinos will be a great driver for customer loyalty, which will lead to the revenue increase.
Apart from Las Vegas properties, Golden Entertainment has two properties in Arizona, three in Laughlin and three others in Pahrump.
True Reward Loyalty Points
Golden Entertainment loyalties platform includes five tiers- True, Loyal, Solid, Legit, and Epic. For local players, the tier validation is six months, while for players from other states, the time frame goes up to one year.
A player will be rewarded one point for every $1 wagered on slots, video reel, and video keno devices. One point will be rewarded for every $2 placed on video poker machines, while three points will be rewarded for every $2 spent on bingo. The highest points will be rewarded for keno player, eight points for every $1 spent.
The Golden Entertainment website stated that the points awarding on table games will depend on the type of game, average bet, and the time played. For every 300 points awarded, customers will get $1 discounts at Golden-operated venues, while 1,000 points will qualify a member to cashback option. The rewards points have the option of being redeemed for a car ride credit or rent car advantage.
According to Casino.org, the reward program will also be applicable at Golden Entertainment casino and resort at Rocky Gap, Flintstone, Md. However, the program is tailored to attract players in Nevada venues.
